Today starts a new week. Leaders should define or redefine realities for the week: the mission, the priorities, the action steps, and the metrics/measurements. Define what success looks like. Then step back and help solve problems, clear obstacles, and allocate resources. Remember time is a metric. Jot yourself a note to say thank you to all this Friday. Repeat next week.
