There is great wisdom in these words if you choose to hear them. My purpose is selfless service; leadership is my passion and my DNA. I WAS LOST when I first left the Army for personal reasons. As a new civilian, I was in sales, and though I was very competent, I had no passion for sales. After five or so years, I returned to my military career in a Reserve role, and it was as if someone had flipped a switch. I found myself again, served this country, and made a positive difference in many others through servant leadership. And I continue to serve as a coach and a mentor.
