For some of us, it is hard to be receptive to constructive criticism. My recent PrinciplesYou assessment shows I tend to be less receptive to critical feedback and not eager to examine my blind spots openly. That information is not good or bad, right or wrong. It tells me more about myself and my wiring and gives me opportunities for growth and development. Think about it.
