I have not been a lifelong business leader, but I live in a world of common sense. Very few business leaders can succeed independently; they need a team. The best team relationships are not confrontational but cooperative. Communication, collaboration, and shared values bind the two entities together. In the military, the axiom is always “cooperate and graduate.”
